The Chairman
Representing the Centre in the international arena and liaising with the most appropriate institutions and individuals in benefit of CESRAN are two fundamental responsibilities of the Chairman.
Apart from this, the Chairman ensures that all Boards are properly established, composed and operated.
The Chairman of CESRAN is responsible for ensuring effective operation of the Executive Board and setting the agenda, style and tone of Board discussions to promote constructive debate and effective decision-making.
In this context, the Chairman has the right of assemble the Executive Board, regularly and presides over it.
